- Customer Segments/Market Sizing
- Unique Value Proposition (UVP) /Competitor Analysis
- Financials
- Key Metrics
- Founder(s) and Core Team
- Pitching and communication skills
Induction Criteria
- The startups will be assessed for a year on the following indicators.
- Startup Progress Sheet (Improvement in revenue, investment, jobs created and users acquired)
- As well as submission of completed version of the following documents:
- Product Solution Fit Canvas / Design Thinking Canvas
- Lean Business Canvas
- Customer Persona Canvas
Business Model Canvas - Gaddie Pitch / One Minute Pitch / MadLib Pitch
- Product’s Go-To-Market Strategy Canvas
- Product Development Road Map / Product Specifications
- Product listed on Play Store or App Store / Or a Fully functional product (incase of a hardware) / Or a MVP (mockup / wireframe) / (User / Customer Reviews) or an operational Website
- Business Plan
- LoIs / Partnerships
- Company Registration Documentation
- Cap Table
- Financial Model (FM)
- Information Memorandum
- The startups will be assessed for a year on the following indicators.
